If they make it even easier to pass the bar in states in the US , then the quality of lawyers in our country will plummet, and those hiring those unqualified lawyers will suffer tremendousLy.

At that point, anyone can use their judgment as to where they'd be treated best, as well as compatibility. The current status quo is insane & a recipe for inevitable civil war (s).

When you have justice officials talking about making "diversity" of skin color a priority then you know they are not focused on justice. They should spend more time reading the U.S. Constitution, their state constitution, and understanding the laws of Delaware.
Look at Tamika's resume. She has clearly been promoted to a high position at the age of 41 by more than just her experience and education. By chance, she was also involved in creating a strategic plan for "increasing diversity in Delaware's judiciary and legal community.". Would all citizens coming before Tamika feel like she is unbiased? Would you feel comfortable if you were a 50 year-old white male Republican?
In my humble opinion, any nominee that refuses to answer questions should immediately be disqualified from ascending to the new post.
