The drummer is Junna that left the band soon three years ago. She was replaced by Nagisa, also an amazing drummer. Asaka guitar and Serina on bass are original members.
Trident has evolved a lot since this song (and also made a new version with Nagisa on the drums).
Please check out more Trident songs, like Cry out, Spoopy, Signal, Ambivalent, Last hope, Alive, Imagination, Continue, Ride on and many more…!

I've gotten 2 requests for Snoopy. So, I guess I will check that one out. Thank you.

The drummer, Junna, just finished a Japan tour with Marty Friedman. To bad Japan was still closed to tourists. Would have loved to be at one of those gigs.

Check out the song Spoopy with their new drummer. A very different sound from them. Reminds me of Living Color.

I believe the drummer, Junna, is around 28 now or close to that, so she would have been around 23 or so when this video was shot.
I have seen a couple of pictures and the cover from Junna's 2019 single where she looked much younger than she actually was, so I agree that she looks quite young in most things I have seen from her.
I assume the other members of the band were around the same age since they were students when the band was formed and I assume they were from the same school, not 100% sure though.
The band was actually called ガールズロックバンド革命 (transcribed: Girls Rock Band Kakumei, kakumei means revolution) when this was recorded. They switched their name to Trident after Junna left the band in 2020 and their new drummer Nagisa joined. They went on a 3 month hiatus in between (according to their website). They left all the old videos up on their channel because it is technically speaking a rebrand of the band and not a new band.

This video of Trident is probably 5 years old and a lot has changed with the band since then. The crazy good drummer, Junna, left the band in early 2020. The new drummer is good but not Junna good since Junna is up there with the best in Japan if not the world. Last I heard Junna is still a very successful session drummer and is probably making a better living than if she was with a band. Trident survived the loss of Junna and has grown as a group. Their recent song called Spoopy is a good one if you ever want to return to them. ua-cam.com/video/16APM8itvv0/v-deo.html
As for Junna, she has done some amazing drum covers. Her most popular one is Dragon Force's Trough the Fire and Flames. It is definitely worth a watch. ua-cam.com/video/UKr1H4Jv6is/v-deo.html

Agree with everything you said brother. This is definitely some Post Grunge 90s stuff. Avril. Offspring etc... Speaking of Avril she put out a new album this year. Not bad. Sorry I haven't been around much last couple of weeks. Been down with covid. Finally getting back on my feet. Take care brother. ☺️🤘✌️😎

Yo, Doobie. I understand completely. We all had it at the same time in January and it was horrible. I was sick as a dog for about 10 days.
