I’ve been listening to Backyard Babies for almost 20 years, made me realize after the 80’s no one does good ol dirty rock n roll like the Swedes. Their pre-chorus guitar tone is heavenly in this song. Their chorus guitar tone in the song I Got Spades is 🤘🏽🖕🏾 and 🫦 all wrapped into one.

It's obviously a thrash song. In fact, its possible the best thrash song I've ever heard.

Cause you're not Brazilian you are missing on all of the traditional Brazilian elements this song has and going for stuff that you know like the metal bands you cited. I would advise you to listen to the studio version of this song.....

I'm Brazilian, and it's weird how i got into Angra. Firstly I was/am a Pink Floyd fan, and read all about it. I found that David Gilmour helped kickstart Kate Bush's career, who composed and performed the song Wuthering Heights. Angra made a cover of it. It has nothing to do with 'cancel culture' and no one forced them to change their name. They found out that 'eskimo' is a slur- which it is. It actually upset them and they felt that it would be wrong to continue using that name and changing it was simply the right thing to do. And they've since said that Electric Callboy is much more in line with the music they put out.

If i remember it correctly they wrote this song in like 15 minutes.. Lordi 100% takes the number 1 spot for coolest costumes if you ask me.. They are awesome
