For my Predator 5500W generator it's the same general idea, but necessary to remove the air filter assembly to get at the end of the hose, or unclip it at the valve and run a tube to the gas tank.

You can also remove clamp from fuel valve on any model and slip on a hose to drain. With a longer hose you may not need to hold inplace
