Predator Generator 6500 keeps shutting off.

I was having a issue with my generator not staying running. Mine is approximately 10 months old with 65hrs on it. After many attempts of trying to fix the issue and figure out the cause I believe I found the cause of it shutting off. Now I did disconnect the safety on this so be aware that doing so is unsafe. Never use a generator in a enclosed space. These need to be in a well ventilated and open area.

Brand New out of the box and mine is doing the same thing.. constantly shutting down..I'm gonna have to disconnect all that crap

I have had my 6500/5500 for about 25 days and has about 52 hours of run time. It is powering my pull trailer that has a full size roof AC. Well it just shut off and will not start. Hence how I found your channel and this video, so I'm going to give your advice a try with a follow up by EOD. 🤞

I have that gennie too. CO sensor super sensitive. Brand new and kept shutting down...disconnecting and jumping the connector to the CO sensor fixed it. Chinese crap ...you buy it new and need to fix it!!!

Disconnect the co2 sensors then Disconnect the plug from the control box and then jump the two brown wires. This works I am an electrician and this problem just happened to me today August 4
