Love this, I never saw a granny square so nice and solid like this. I wish the beginning wasn't so complicated but I'm going to buy your tutorial and slow your speed down to .25. I really want to make this thank you Ashley Hey I miss seeing you and your wall design of Yarn.

This is great thank you. Could you possibly do one were you change directions every row so it’s not twisted?

I just finished the kid's sized Harvest Hoodie for my 7-year-old grandson. He loves it and the sleeves turned out perfect for his skinny arms. Thank you for keeping your child sized patterns FREE! I saved this video, because I want to try it out soon.

This is beautiful yarn! It certainly doesn't look like cotton it looks nice and smooth and easy to work with. What brand is this?

I am just so happy that I came across your tutorial - and your channel 🥰 I am totally embarrassed to say that I have been BATTLING with this stitch for days… 😣😖 I am a relatively competent knitter, and only a crochet beginner - and I couldn’t make head or tail of the amorphous mass of string that I kept ending up with while attempting to start my square. How utterly brilliant to come up with the idea of marking the corners! You’re a clear thinker and a natural teacher… thank you for sharing your knowledge! Needless to say, I have already subscribed…❣️🥰🙏🏼

This is SO CUTE Ashlea, I love it!!! 😍 I'm definitely going to give this a try, and I'll start by making a coaster.
I haven't been actively doing any crochet in several months, so I would like to do something simple, cute, satisfying, and practical- and THIS is going to be IT!
Thanks again, I absolutely LOVE your videos, and always go to your channel immediately if I need to learn something specific, to get a refresher, or to find something new!
    Fawn 😊

I like your version of the Moss Stitch square compared to other videos I've watched (with the turn) because you don't see an ugly seam.😊😊

Really beautiful. Would you recommend this stitch for a hexi-cardigan? I already have 2 in the traditional granny square and am looking for something different😊👍

Can this solid granny square be used with the even moss stitch? That one is with half double crochet and slip stitch but i don’t know how to convert it to the steps you show🥹

Want to do it in a smaller square how do i do that? Ok so just atop to the desired size right I’m still kinda new. I’m making granny squares for the Boggy Creek Camp for sick kids and the lady i send them to will make blankets out of the squares. Thanks so much! 💕💕

Yes, just stop when you have however many inches/centimeters you want the squares to be. Best wishes
