Thanks!! This one is prebuilt-only actually. It's got several SMT-only parts and some tightly matched SMT components and I just don't want to support difficult SMT builds right now for DIY.
I think it's probably possible, but I'd have to take a look at the extent of what would be needed. It would be a little surgery, but the "wheels" to do it are certainly in place.

Would it be possible to mod the panning crossfaders to instead act as an output VCA for each channel?
