😂 May need something underneath the rolls or try using the silicon muffin accessory. I have seen folks use a muffin pan to make their rolls and biscuits. Just a thought.
Low and slow is the way to go with the Omnia. It doesn't bake in the same amount of time as a regular oven. I usually plan on it taking at least 1.5 times the amount of time suggested in the recipe. Keep the burner flame centered under the chimney, and turn it down low. The thermometer isn't the most accurate, but if you bake at around 200-250 degrees on it, you shouldn't have charcoal briquettes at the end. Do give it another try!
Thank you so much for that information. I was going by the temperature on the cinnamon roll package. Jim thought that I had the flame up to high. I guess practice makes perfect. I'm going to keep trying. Jim thought that I might need that rack you can put in the bottom of the pan.
@@NewHorizons2020 The rack does help, as does the silicone liner. Clean up is easier with the liner too. Once you get the hang of it, you'll love the wee beastie...oh, I use different silicone liners for sweet and savory. I may be a bit addicted to all things Omnia🤣
They look a little crispy... 🤣🤣🤣 But, you tried... Just eat around the black... lol. I think if you lowered the heat and just cooked them longer, it would help.
I invented a new kind of food extra crispy cinnamon rolls. Lol 🤣. Some people are telling me to lower the heat and cook them slower. I'm not going to give up. Mmm what else could I make extra crispy. Lol 🤣🤣🤣
OMG my kryptonite Cinnamon Rolls! Cool little oven thanks for sharing.
Leave it to me to mess up simple cinnamon rolls from a can. Lol 🤣🤣
@@NewHorizons2020 hey some people like them “blackened” I’m one of them. 🙃

@@NewHorizons2020 low and snow the key is air circulation around the food so it has to be off the bottom of the pan
