Watching your unboxing and comparison... both are awesome! If you've seen the scene where Imhotep is restored to life by Norton, you seen the hand reaching out for the scroll of Thoth (the two additional hands reflect this pose.) Also, the loose wrappings are for his feet (we see them dragging out the door as the mummy leaves the room and Norton begins his laughter of insanity.) I agree with your assessment; B&W for stand alone, color with accessory kit). Cool video... thanks for sharing.
Thanks for checking out the video! We just did the two Dracula figures and the accessory kit last night if you want to check it out. Thanks for the support and happy collecting!
Great video...interestingly the seal on the top front of the gold coloured chest which is included with the sarcophagus has tiny hieroglyphics on it which are identical to the same chest as it appears in the original 1932 movie...in fact all the detail on the chest is identical...great film accurate job by NECA ...
Killer watch you have, if I had the money I’d be getting both versions but I think I’ll get just the bw version. I got that version of Frankenstein and I love it
Thank you! My wife and kids got it for me at least 10 years ago, probably more. Love these universal monsters figures! Thanks so much for the support and taking the time to watch!
Super cool !
Tis the season for classic monster movies! Thank you for tuning in!

This was the coolest accessory from the Universal Monsters line!
This and Dracula's coffin are very cool. I wish Frankenstein's kit had more peripherals. Thanks for watching!
Great comparison of both versions! Definitely leaning more towards the B&W version..
If you don't care about the accessories the b&w is the way to go. Thank you for watching!

Does anyone know if Neca is going to release the accessories in B&W?
I haven't seen any plans for that at all. Thanks for watching!
