Amy's Louisiana Kitchen Murray Thank you for your prayers! My niece had an EMG last week. To the best of my knowledge nothing showed up on it. She received a call from Vanderbilt in Nashville for Nov 4th. She will be there for a test that includes injecting dye into her veins and she will be there at least 2 days. We live about 4 hours from Nashville. These teaching hospitals really do a great job! I worked for 9 years at LSU-Medical Center in Shreveport. I haven’t slept in a couple of nights so I’ve binged-watched cooking videos. I shared some of yours to my brother that I think he could fix for my niece. He likes to cook and his wife is not a cook so it works out for them. My niece does a pretty good job of cooking if only she felt better. She and her bf of 12 years surprised us all by getting married Sept 18th. I was so happy. Much love Amy to you and John. You all have a precious family. 🙏🏻🇺🇸

I was it worried about it exploding! I was worried it was going to collapse with the weight of the toppings! Lol it looks delicious! I lost the side that had jalapeño! You turned the pan a couple of times. I hope you kept up with that.

Only thing about making pizza its good as soon as it gets done, but a little bit later the bread gets soggy and so does it on anything you make dessert, sandwiches whatever you make its good as soon as it comes out of oven but then it gets soggy.

I do have a beer batter crust recipe but honestly it tastes like a yeast batter crust. So I don’t bother with a beer. Teresa a taco pizza would be delicious!! I would season my hamburger with taco seasoning package. Then use mexi cheese blend instead of park and mozzarella. Instead of the pizza sauce you could use a thick and chunky salsa. Your idea sounds wonderful!!

This pizza could very easily be made vegetarian! Yes mushrooms, onions, black olives, bell pepper. Yummy!!
