- I used Caran d'Ache Neocolor II water soluble wax pastels to fill this entire sketchbook. I show every page of my sketchbook and talk about the inspiration and things I learned. A sketchbook practice is so helpful in learning and developing your own artistic style. I highly recommend sketching or doodling as much as possible in your own sketchbook.

I got the 15 set of neocolor ii last year for my bday. I really wasn't sure what to do with them until I stumbled across one of your videos. Now I am in love with them and today for Mother's Day my husband took me to blicks and I bought 30 more colors!! I am swatching them while watching your sketchbook tour. Thank you!!!

@@artbyheathersquare sheep- I get the feeling you played some Minecraft! I was adopted by a square duck. I think it was supposed to be a chicken, but it kept getting in my boat and staying there so it definitely thought it was a duck. It was company on exploration trips, and I’d find a stack of eggs in my inventory when I got home 🤣

Your duck with the big eyes needs those eyes turned into glasses!! 🦆 It would be cute! 😅 You are doing square farm animals. Maybe pick another shape to do jungle or wildlife animals? Triangle monkeys, frogs, giraffes, etc? Or diamond flowers? It would be a fun theme! 🦒🌸 I love the square farm critters!! 🤗😍

I love my neocolors. I learned a red generals sharpener works great for sharpening them if you want a point again. It is amazing how little they get used. Thanks for sharing.
