Our house had one of those lovely lava-rock fireplaces! You just have to wonder "what the heck where they thinking?" because when has that kind of fireplace EVER looked nice? Anyway, congrats! This looks like a lot of fun.

I don't wanna scare you but for me it's typical horror movie house XD empty ventilation - for Mr Ballen stories, built-in wardrobe - for the Grudge movie XD

Congratulations keep on top of the pool maintenance or it will go green also plan a fence. Around The pool for when you and hubby start the next chapter in your lives together , don’t forget to add insulation to lower cooling costs, you may want to think about adding a heat pump water tank but only in the garage as it will cool off. The room extracting the heat, (not an ac replacement). Ps I think those holes were speaker placements
