- As usual week 3 of getting fit at 35 didn't go according to plan. In fact a lot of things happened this week. Including finding out that Week 3, specifically day 19 is "quitters day" or "quitters week". The week where most people give up their new goals, their new journeys and lose motivation to keep going. It's the week where you really need to grit your teeth and push through. Did I quit?
