    In this video, I'm going to show you how to gain weight fast for skinny girls and guys. By following the simple and easy steps in this video, you'll be on your way to weight gain success in no time!
    So what are you waiting for? Start following the steps and prepare the weight gain smoothie in this video and you'll be on your way to a healthy weight gain that you're proud of!
    In order to gain weight, you'll need to eat more calories than you burn.
    Yes I know you probably have heard that a lot, but it is true. However, the trick to a faster weight gain is to make sure you are consistent with your high calorie intake.
    And to gain weight in the right places you'll have to do strength training exercises, so that you end up gaining more muscle than body fat.
    RECIPE HERE _
    1/2 cup oats
    1 teaspoon flaxseeds
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    1 cup water or whole milk
    mix well and let it soak for 15 minutes
    1 overripe banana
    3 to 5 softened date fruit (no seed)
    1 apple
    1/2 cup roasted peanuts
    add all to blender
    add
    1 cup full cream milk
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    Extra tips:
    - Eat more calories than you burn.
    - Eat about 3,000 calories per day to gain 1 tO 3 kilos of weight per week.
    - Don't drink water before meals because it will fill you up and you won't eat as much as you should.
    - If you're a small eater , eat more than your regular portion and add a little more to eat without forcing your self.
    - Be consistent with your calorie intake and if possible track what you eat to see faster results.

    - chicken/turkey
    - salmon/tuna
    - beans
    - high fat greek yogurt
    - bananas-
    - avocados
    - protein powders/whey
    - peanut butter
    - almond butter
    - oats
    - full fat whole milk
    - honey

    - olive oil
    - cashew nuts
    - peanut
    - almond nuts
    - dried fruits like raisins/sultanas
    - mangoes
    - papayas
    - pineapples
    - eggs (boiled, omelette or in recipes)
    - potatoes
    - wheat bread/bagel/ milk bread
    - pasta
    - cheese
    - red meat
    - salad dressings
    - dry seeds
    - pizza(oh yes baby!)
    - brown rice
    - shrimp

    I’m a 30 year old female and I’ve always been underweight. Like really underweight. Came across this video a few weeks back. And can’t thank you enough for it. Started drinking this smoothie 3 times a day after each meal. It’s been 18 days and I’m already up 3.6 Kgs. I also make sure to track my calories intake through a phone app. And I take around 2700-3000 calories per day.

    This video reminded me that I have chia seeds in the pantry! Thank you :) I've also heard over ripe bananas are good for gaining weight, I buy them at my local health food store because the price gets reduced when they start to bruise. Also maybe cut out substances that reduce appetite like coffee. Replace half and half with heavy cream in your tea, drink whole milk between meals, shelled sunflower seeds are a cheap source of calories, real olive oil and bread, cook with butter, always be snacking and have food whenever you leave the house. If you lift weights or do calisthenics, try consuming more natural sugars like honey and maple syrup before, during and after; always train on a full stomach. I used to train fasted and its not as effective. Grass fed organic beef and lamb is easier to digest. Subscribed and will be trying these recipes and comparing notes!

      Mangoes, garlic and honey boost testosterone which leads to faster recovery from training. There's probably tons of other foods that do too but those are the ones I remember off top. Don't eat too much garlic because it thins the blood. If you start getting massive nose bleeds during training it's either too much garlic or you're not breathing and bracing correctly.

    I’m 5’8 (age 23, female) and having unexplained weight loss since February of this year. I’m only 110 pounds and it fluctuates up and down.
    I’m scared for it to keep dropping.
    My goal is: 130 pounds!!!
    I’m also experiencing many other uncomfy symptoms: like hair loss, drowsy, get abdomen aches sometimes, easy bruising, have heart palpitations now(where it races on and off or pauses) get chest pressure discomfort or aches. I have trivial tricuspid, trace pulmonic, and trace mitral regurgitations. Get joint aches too sometimes. Out of breath sometimes.
    I have daily physical discomfort and wish it would all go away for good! All I want is to be normal weight again, be happy, and for all this to go away.
    This all gets mentally draining, that I stress out and cry on and off as it’s frustrating.

    I can attest to it. This works like magic. I blend banana,avo,oreo biscuits, oats,plain yoghurt, peanut butter, egg,milk sometimes I add vanilla ice cream, mango and protein powder then drink twice daily...oh my!

    So I don’t think drinking it 3 times a day would be possible for me mostly because of timings.
    I’m 10kg under what I would like to be and I think I have a fast metabolism because I am regularly hungry and struggle to put on weight.

    My budget is very limited so can I make a 4000 calorie smoothie and use that alone for weight gain?
    Sometimes I really can't afford food so my calorie intake is most times less than 1000. So if I invest in a smoothie then I won't be able to buy much real food. So can I use mostly smoothies to gain weight?

    Beautiful receipe.
    I started this about two weeks ago and started seeing results on the 6th day.
    However I stopped it because when I drink milk, it increases my fibroid and ovarian cyst sized.
    So I reduced again. I now made a new one without milk and it's day 3. I'm watching to see if it works well without milk and I'll truly be happy.

    I will try it starting tomorrow. Since i was a little kid I was always skinny and got bullied for that. Even today with 25 I get comments like: "You are a stick, If you turn to the side, you become invisible. Don't let the wind drag you away." Even thou I eat 3x a day and snack in between. Sure sometimes i get the time were I feel hopeless and just stop eating much, cause it is too expensive due inflation and all that food won't stay on my ribs anyway. I tried drinking olive oil, even taking meds, that slow down my metabolism but it never got me more than 2kg. I just want to look normal so that people stop starring at my legs cause they are so thin. I just want to eat a pizza und Kebab and just be fine with that for a day. Not scared to stand on a scale etc...

      I know how you feel, I was there before and you will add some weight soon. Just try not to be depressed because of what people say to you, I know it is easier said than done, but that is the only way to succeed in whatever you do.
