I think this series has shown that Matt and Lindsay are a really good just conversation pair, I don't think we see them too often but without them there would have been so many silent spots because Michael was focused on the game. I really like them as a pair, I would love to see more.
Another perspective is that maybe Michael felt he had the opportunity to focus on the game more before he had 2 conversational co-hosts. Either way, they do have a good dynamic, I really enjoyed both of them

My mom's first computer had a whopping 4GB hard drive. I had to gut it like a fish to play SimsCity 3000 on it. By the time Sims 3 came out, it was over.

What a journey it’s been. Sad that the Resi content is leaving us again (unless they do some Resistance gameplay maybe) until Next year(rumored). I really love their Fullplays and it’s unfortunate that Fullplays are driven by views because they’ve done some really amazing ones (Uncharted 4, Until Dawn). I look forward to their next true Full Play of a game.

for those who dont know, in the first re3 there was a railgun prototype made by umbrella that was locked in position for testing. you had to bait stage 3 nemisis into standing in its way when you trigger the test. basically how you kill the regenerator from dead space 1.

Actually kinda disappointed they removed the clock tower, and all the other aspects from the original game. Kinda takes away from the experience. But I also thought this was more of a remaster like RE:2 Remake was.
You need to adjust your perceptions of what a remake is VS a remaster. A remaster is just re-releasing a game while bumping up the game's resolution and such to meet modern standards more. These two games are definitely remakes and not remasters.

Also love Michael totally skipped over the document talking about the SUPER POWERFUL NEMESIS KILLING RAILGUN, and struggled unnecessarily in that last boss fight.
It's such a shame that full gameplay videos like these have such a decline in views per video. I appreciate the effort, especially since I'm sure they knew going in that a series like this wouldn't exactly rake in the views. I very much enjoyed this and would love more full playthroughs, but I'm honestly surprised we're still getting them.

Not really. I loved the game. It was fun, but that's not the point. Every single Resident Evil I've played or seen has had ass loads of ammo. Is there some implied death or am I missing something?
Yeah... I was gonna say, I get that magnum ammo isn't as common, but wasting a billion pistol shots seems pointless. Also other comments have mentioned that the "naked" zombies actually regenerate, which is why when Michael downs them with the regular pistol and then waits, they just get back up.

Jill lifting that gun to kill nemesis was ridiculous. Almost on par with Chris punching a boulder. Thought they were trying to get away from the over the top actions that started to sour the franchise.
...Why would you think that? Why is Jill picking up the rail gun the "over the top" action you choose to single out??? As opposed to fighting a blob dragon boss, or climbing an on-fire metal building, or Jill being able to survive being shot by a rocket launcher like it's no big deal? RE has never *not* been about over the top action that only makes sense if you don't think about it too hard.
Burst pistol is actually the best weapon against the final boss funnily enough. Always bursts his weak points after the third bullet at every difficulty. The one weapon they didnt bring lol
another example of "story that doesn't begin with narration suddenly ending with narration" and yeah they heavily changed the game from the original RE3, totally shirking the very idea of a 'remake'.
Reimagining would be a more suitable term for this game. Whereas 2 truly did feel like a remake. This still has some good qualities to it, but we'll always be left wondering what a more faithful remake of 3 would be like.

I've already heard about potential time travel shenanigans from one comment. But I can see why people wouldn't like that, since that would mean the story would have to change at some point, and there are moments that might change for the worst or something to that effect.

You fight nemesis in the clock tower courtyard still. Stage 2 first fight. You just dont go inside for the puzzles

...Why would you think that? Why is Jill picking up the rail gun the "over the top" action you choose to single out??? As opposed to fighting a blob dragon boss, or climbing an on-fire metal building, or Jill being able to survive being shot by a rocket launcher like it's no big deal? RE has never *not* been about over the top action that only makes sense if you don't think about it too hard.

Burst pistol is actually the best weapon against the final boss funnily enough. Always bursts his weak points after the third bullet at every difficulty. The one weapon they didnt bring lol

and yeah they heavily changed the game from the original RE3, totally shirking the very idea of a 'remake'.
Reimagining would be a more suitable term for this game. Whereas 2 truly did feel like a remake. This still has some good qualities to it, but we'll always be left wondering what a more faithful remake of 3 would be like.

@@petermatthews419 I have no reference for the comparison between that game, so is it drastically different to the point of the story diverging significantly? Like does it feel like an alternate universe take? Or is it just different but still the same overall plot?
@@GBDupree if you don't mind being spoiled: FF7R is a sequel to FF7, not a remake, so it's title and what it was billed as for fans of FF7 is a literal lie.
@@Hide_Me oh that's an interesting scenario. I don't mind being spoiled (never played the original and have too big a backlog to make room for the new one, plus I never really enjoyed RPG games). I've already heard about potential time travel shenanigans from one comment. But I can see why people wouldn't like that, since that would mean the story would have to change at some point, and there are moments that might change for the worst or something to that effect.
