Lol oh its nice place don't get me wrong but 295 million dollars like I could easily have the place torn down and redevelop the area for nice rental properties and condos I could buy alot of houses for 295 million dollars lol like your just buying one mansion when you you could buy multiple places for that price it's just facts like how the rich people go spend so much money on one place then keep spending it until their completely broke bc they didn't Pay their property taxes state and federal then rich wonder why IRS comes knocking on the door for tax evasion and have their multi million dollar home compliscated lol
