Amazing house, I'm quite surpised it doesn't have an elevator at this price point.
Perhaps it does and maybe we missed it. Either way, you are right, an elevator is needed in a home like this.
@@Legendary_Productions Oh yes it may have one, I’ve seen a few tours on this house but no one mentioned an elevator though. Not many houses in LA better than this one though regardless.

That's exactly how this house feels in person lol. First thing I said when I walked in was that it felt more like a hotel lobby. Same with Dan Bilzerians. Very nice but just a luxury hotel lobby

Nile Niami is the developer of this property, the same developer who lost "The One", right around the corner from this. huge price reduction, down almost 30 M. i often wonder if properties like this, that sit for 3 years, unsold, have a huge reduction, are they also referred to as a toxic property or is that just for the plebe class under 1M. in seattle, a property is labeled toxic if it's available after 2 weeks, has a price reduction, gets unlisted then relisted within 90 days without significant updates.
This house is less ridiculous than The One at least. More of a home than a trophy.
@@Legendary_Productions 100%! i watched the four different tours of the one, the first three made it feel cold and beyond homelike. the last one with Enes was definitely the better one. they changed nearly all the staging, was the closest to feeling like a home, but still, a 5k primary suite, but for what. all the mega mansions have gone nutty. still, fun to zone out and watch
