Lee another xcellent lesson, I've taken a turn for the worst. I need surgery to repair my neck and the VA is dragging their feet. I can't play a lot anymore so songs like this are do able. I had to leave the band not happy about that so I occupy my time playing songs like this. I recommend you to all people I know who play guitar. Keep it up Mr.

Excellent. At 7:10 there is an extra e, 6th string, that kicks off the faster version that is not in the slow explanation. Took me a while to pick that up.

I do have another question, I ordered my first capo (can't wait till it arrives) because I noticed I need it for a couple of songs I'd like to learn. I understand how to use it, but what's it for actually? Cause you say you can play this easy way with or without it, so what's the use? Does it sounds higer, cause your strings are shorter?

Hey dude thanks for your kind words it's really appreciated 👍 the capo is mainly for singers so they can sing in different keys or you can transcribe certain songs in different keys to make them easier to play. What it actually does is make the fretboard smaller and makes the sound higher. So it has many purposes but for beginners it can be easier to play songs with a capo so you don't have to use barre chords👍

I will never understand how UA-cam this enforcement works - seems totally arbitrary. But I am very grateful that you tried. Actually, I just started playing along with your solo lesson, slowed down to 75 percent, and that was a huge help. Realized all kinds of things I’d been doing wrong, and really helped with timing.
