I have been trialing use of the Oralift with Facerobics, and I am so pleased with the results. I found that the Oralift works synergistically with Facerobics, they go hand in hand, and when used together it speeds up your results. This is simply an introduction video about the Oralift, it does not go into specifics. It does however introduce using Facerobics and the Oralift together and how it works.

Hi Peta, I’m two yrs into your exercises, I’ve seen great results, thank you! I’ve been considering oralist for some time, although I was concerned I would compromise the positive changes I’ve made. You mention you altered the usage, so as not to fatigue the muscles. How would you recommend it be used?
Hi there, I will be doing a video on this soon, you do need to change it as you will fatigue your muscles if you use it the same and do the exercises the same

Hi PETA. I’m thinking of buying one of these oralists but I do faceaerobics too which I don’t want to give up as I’ve been doing it for five years and got great results. You said you had to change the oralift program a bit so that you could do your exercises too. Can you tell me how you changed the program please? Thank you. X

So good to see you back to your 'old' i.e. younger and happier self again! Also love how you can just come out and say 'I looked awful' without feeling the need to sugar coat it like we have to 'out there' in the normal world where we would get told off for 'not being kind to ourselves.' To me, being kind to yourself is doing exactly what you've been doing with the face exercises and Oralift so you can feel amazing again
You do look different with bone structure more obvious.
With narrow face will it look good ?

Hi Peta do you think this will help reduce orang skin on the chin and overall wrinkles jaw and cheecks? Ive seen a lot of reviews on youtube and being a little skeptic but because i feel you are always true and honest in your coaching ill take it as a true helping device.
I've decided to go for it. Face aerobics I mean. Gonna start tomorrow night.

Hi, Peta.....in your experience, can you tell us how this device(s) differs from the Facial Flex or Flexaway? I did not see a sample video to show exactly HOW it is used, i.e., is it fitted into the mouth, then followed by any specific exercises, or is it designed simply to be worn for a certain period of time?? Am asking because from what I can see its design is very similar to a Facial Flex or its lesser known counterpart, the Flexaway---with these devices, it is fitted into the mouth, and one exercise movement is performed. Hi Karen, I am really sorry, I have not seen the Facial Flex, I generally do not go in for facial devices like that, so I cant really comment.

Hello Peta, I have started facerobics only few months ago; I have joined the gym, I love it even though it is not easy yet. I have just bought the oralift too with your coupon so thanks a lot, this is a wonderful present! I have seen the instructions for using it along with facerobics in the gym. It would be great if you could do a video on that. I have a question, do you continue facerobics when on-boarding oralift or do you wait the 4 months period they recommend following the on-boarding and then resume facerobics? If I on-boarded in series 2, do I go back to series 1 with the oralift? ..... I hope this is clear. Anyway, I am really happy you created that beautiful place.

No, you're not supposed to move your face while wearing the oralift. It might be counterproductive

Hi there, here is the method: 2 Series > Oralift AM/PM Mon and Fri > T W Th Exercises 50 Reps 3 weeks & 100 Reps 3 Weeks. Next 2 Series > Exercises as normal, 50,100,150 Reps. Next 2 Series > Oralift AM/PM Mon and Fri > T W Th Exercises 50 Reps 3 weeks & 100 Reps 3 Weeks. Then repeat.

Hi, yes, of course, as I mentioned in the video, I have worked a work around with facerobics and the device, but if you dont want to used the device, just do facerobics, it still works!
