I know everything about my co workers. And they know nothing about me. I am professional at work. And respectful. But never give any personal details about myself. It is okay to be a co worker and not always a friend.
Sometimes a strong expression of emotion creates a boundary that many will not listen to subtly or with reason. But it must be performed strategically.
Sometimes, you have to blow up at someone if they keep pushing your boundaries after many times being told they are going too far. Also, sometimes, you have to belittle and put people down when they think they are kings and queens and more intelligent when they are not.
Kinda had alike thoughts about this. There are occasions where those things have their place imo. The point is to use it conciousoly and not because you lost control of yourself. Then you just lost. Made me think about my self control though, there are still a few things that can make me boil over, mostly pure ignorance. Definitivly need to work on that one.
If you find you must resort to gutter behavior like belittling and putting down others, you aren't doing it right. Sigmas don't have to go low to call someone out or "put them in their place".

There are plenty of overblown ego's that are of a dear need of bringing closer to reality. For their own best intertests. As there are situations where agression is the proper tool. Words do not work against a pack of wolves, or a pack of fanatics... And an alpha who is trying to use you or hurting himself and others. There is a bit of agression even in being assertive, your understaning of those things is on the level that you know of. Those things can be used differently and are used even in spirituallity. It's jsut that one needs to be concious of himself to use those tools properly..
Told this chick to not bring a giant suitcase for a three day trip to the Caribbean, what does she do? She shows up with a giant suitcase, must have been enough stuff for a month. She asked me to carry it, I said no, you carry it. Gave her fair warning, and she disregarded what I had said. So she learned that I am a man of my word, and she didn't like it. Too bad.
Honestly gotta disagree with some of these. Theres too many of these "sigma" industry videos and some of their points are far too absolutist to be real. The creator of these videos tend to inject too much emphasis on "strict moral code" but as sigmas, were wild cards. We're not tied to specific codes either unless that particular sigma happens to agree with said code.
Interesting to me why so many think they need to aspire to be Sigma, I can testify that being Sigma does have some downsides that are not to be ignored.
Yes, it does. First men would have to start thinking every second, every day, like me. Then they would have to act without thought of personal gains when there is obvious need. They would need to avoid credit that brings fame. No general male would want those things.

Why would an sigma male be an atheist? Definitely do not agree with that. There is not much logic in beliving this world with all it's rules or conciusoness comes by chance from chaos. And after developing spiritually you get to know things that make you sure there is more to this world than atheists belive. Atheism today is pretty much anti-christanity anyhow and just because some religion is wrong does not mean it's opposide is right...
