Best thing to do is remove seed oils from your diet. Cured me completely (I don't even get headaches, let alone migraines) after 30 years.

I first tried Magnesium Oxide a couple of years ago and it didn't do a thing for my migraines. However, I recently discovered there are other forms of Magnesium salts but most stores only sell oxide. I tried Magnesium Glycinate and it reduced my migraines from 2-3 a week to about 2-3 a month! I was shook.

Magnesium does help me. I also am
treated with botox injections 1x every 3 months. It has cut them in half. Stress and barometric pressure are also negative effects

I take 450mg each night. I have found that it also helps me sleep at night. I have been taking B3 but I might look into a multi B vitamin supplement. I have also found, like they said, that getting enough sleep helps me. CoQ10 I have found helps improve my focus. I also take D3 and fish oil. I can’t do a lot of Dairy because it gives me gastro issues. So I stay away from all things cow.
I am wondering though if there is a way that my doctor can test my blood for these vitamin levels and see where I am deficient. Luckily I have reduced my migraine to only when my hormones change during the month. Sometimes I get one if I’m extremely stressed though. Or if I haven’t had enough water over a few days.

I discovered what causes migraines and all headaches to include the dreaded 'hang-over' headache not, head pain due to trauma or tumors. I have been headache free for over 10 years. I cured my migraines I had suffered since birth that would put me into the hospital at least twice a month.

@@saraallen6678 I looked at your channel and see you live in the city I was born in, in the mid-fifties. In your about info you ask that we leave a message but, there is no way to do so. I would like to share my cure but, would not like for it to be public. NOT a con. The real deal. Doctors don't want a cure because they make large sums of money every year on their phony cures and fixes plus the cost of the office visit.
So, how can we effectively communicate what you need so desperately.
BTW, your "monthly hormone changes" are NOT the cause but do aggravate the migraine exponentially.
I am not a doctor and am not pretending to be. I am a Genius Level 3 who can figure out what others' cannot. I even discovered a cure for herpes, not the same cure as migraines.
I am a hormonal eunuch so am not trying to 'hit on you' either.
      Life is wonderful headache free.
