Very good setup! One tip from a longtime camper is that the floor tarp shouldn’t extend outside the footprint of the tent, or else rain can run under the tent and end up inside. Otherwise this looks really nice, very comfortable!
Great set up. Aren’t those flaps at the bottom supposed to fold in rather than out? And the floor inside is supposed to go on top of they are folded in. Keeps bugs and rain out. That’s the sod cloth

This is exactly how we are going to do it, 12 ft enclosed and a tent. 4 of us living
