Nicely done! I think I have just as much fun planning and looking for gear all winter as I do actually camping. I love making my campsite comfortable and efficient.
I love that these days the definition of camping has expanded to include every level of comfort desired by tenderfeet, the disabled, the aged, families & the just plain spoiled! (Guilty as charged.) 😄 I, too, am all about the 3-star homebrew glamp setup, & yours looks pretty darn fresh, my friend. Thanks for sharing it with us! 😊😊😊
You really got the right idea. My husband thwarted me from ever doing camping again after our first camping with a small tent a small bed and three people cramming in it with nothing else!
Nicely done . We also still tent camp . Just got back from Colorado. Used our ten by ten room as our dining room with second canopy as our kitchen. Plus our tent next to it . Was able to go from one to the other . Put a tarp over the canopies to help if it rained on us .
Thank you for posting this video. I have had an EZ Up Canopy for years and don't get any camping use out of it, just beach stuff. I hadn't come across that Ozark Trail Shade Wall before seeing your video and had to get a couple of them for my canopy....I've now got an awesome idea for how to set up my camp site using the EZ Up. That will make camp set up and take down faster which is important. Oh on the wheels thing, If you already have a 7 gallon wheel less water tank, get one of those trolley things they use to haul boxes in offices. Sort of a light duty folding hand truck. Works wonders for. As money comes up, I might just have to get a second canopy and one of those connect tents. I would probably go with the EZ Up Camping Cube though as it will allow you to put a small AC in the doggy door... If you're in the Texas area, and spot my wife and I in camp, swing by and say hi. Socially distanced for now of course... Happy camping!
Great video! Love the rolling water bottle and the hooks that attach to the tent poles! The problem with California is we can’t have our kitchens near our tents because of bears!!
Nice job Sir! One addition you might consider is to buy a King Size sheet from WM, and some small bungee cords and some plastic clamps you can screw down on the sheet. Take the sheet and hang it under both units. You can put a bottle cap in center, tehn tie that to the center top of the canopy. Then use the small bungee cords with a clamp to tie them to the sides of the canopy. This will give you about a three or four degree reduction in temp. Pretty cool. The sheet ends up being about four inches from the top of the canopy, creates an air barrier.
I love every minute of this video. Your generator is sold out, what other one would you recommend for blowing up an air mattress and a portable heater?
WOW, man, you got your set up DOWN. Very impressive and very clean and functional. Well done from Ontario Canada. Wishing you well during this CRAZY time.
You are correct, that is Glamping(?) and at it’s finest. Maybe if I went that direction my better half would go with me more! She seems to have an aversion to participating in my truck camping for some reason. Cheers!!
Really nice set up! I have seen some blow up pool noodles online. I wonder if those or the jumbo pool noodles wood keep water out for the area where the canopies meet if it rains?
Great you r owesome man i wish you good.luck.enjoy yr out door stuff camping canapy tents ...real nice must be expensive n need space to do.n lots if efferts.
I do the same except I use one 10 X 20 auto car mobile tent and a pop up under it like you then no water coming in It’s $99.00 at Harbor Freight I have vinyl sides also you can install
Wonderful. I clicked on your video because I saw that it is very similar to the setup I'm planning to do! Nice to know it works in practice and not just in theory. I have never seen those awesome clip-on hooks for coats. I searched around but cannot find them anywhere. Where did you get them?
Enjoyed the video! Wondering if the beautiful dog has hip dysplasia. I'm a dog lover and my German Shepherd suffered for the last couple of years of her life. What is the brand and size of your power station? Thanks!
It can help for sun protection or if you have a tent that’s not very waterproof. Plus it’s nice to have some cover when entering or exiting in the rain.
Excellent ideas! Thank you.

Sweet set up! I love that you have everything you need and yet it is simple and elegant. And uncluttered.

Nice setup! What's that in the background at 3:17? Looks like a fallout shelter.

I do the same except I use one 10 X 20 auto car mobile tent and a pop up under it like you then no water coming in
It’s $99.00 at Harbor Freight

Wonderful. I clicked on your video because I saw that it is very similar to the setup I'm planning to do! Nice to know it works in practice and not just in theory. I have never seen those awesome clip-on hooks for coats. I searched around but cannot find them anywhere. Where did you get them?
Amy Lucas The clips were bought at Academy Sports. Thanks for the comments.
@@discoveringincolor8572 Great thanks! I checked out their site and still can't find them. Do you have a link or know the name of the product?
I found it at Dicks sporting goods. www.dickssportinggoods.com/p/quest-double-sided-canopy-hook-18queuqstdblsddcnodr/18queuqstdblsddcnodr
My husband had my canopy in the backyard, didn't take it down, and the let and middle pole snapped.. I'm so sad
Is that a goal zero power station? If so which one . Going glamping this weekend . Cool set up
It’s a Suaoki G500. Works great and can use solar panels to recharge.
I've looked everywhere but where did u get the water jug with wheels?
Walmart
@@raymondr698 thanks so much but I looked at Walmart and on Google, I cannot find that water bottle like you have anywhere. 😔
Where can I find the Cup Holder and Coat hanger?
I found them at Academy Sports
Enjoyed the video! Wondering if the beautiful dog has hip dysplasia. I'm a dog lover and my German Shepherd suffered for the last couple of years of her life. What is the brand and size of your power station? Thanks!
She had 3 legs and the rear one just gave out. The power station is the Suaoki G500.
@@discoveringincolor8572 Thank you and God bless!
Where did you get the hanging hook?
At Academy Sports
How is this canopy tent compared to NTK?
Don't know.
Why do you need a canopy over your tent? Thanks!
It can help for sun protection or if you have a tent that’s not very waterproof. Plus it’s nice to have some cover when entering or exiting in the rain.
Now some friends and family and you are good to go.
May i ask where you purchased the leg hooks?
diablitadf Academy Sports
