I tried this as my 2nd char on a warden, started out with Fan of blades + multishot + fork, and it was serviceable but didnt feel great until I put on a gloomfang.
Looking to reroll into this build and investing a lot, you mention venom gyre having good late game scaling. Do you have a pob with gearing for some of these options?
@@AriB4ba Warden is simply better as a Strike Skill archetype. It doesnt really lend itself well to Venom gyre, which requires both +proj,+chain and attack speed. Deadeye gets this for free from 3/4 nodes. Currently there are no good ways, atleast ive figured out, to fit VG into the warden ascendancy. Im still tinkering with it but so far no result
if you know what you're doing yes it suffered A LOT in 3.24 with the changes to sniper's mark, and its suffering a bit more. it is a complicated build and if you do not know how to generate a lot of currency early on, craft your gear and fix your pob I dont recommend league starting this
@@VoiceHole this build is not about DOT tho it's about shotgunning on hit at least this version of it, im planning on doing a perfect agony version of this build at some point you can easily reach high DPS numbers, even tho VG damage is a huge spectrum because how it works, you'll be applying from 5% to 100% of your DPS varying on the moments, the 100% being absurdly high that sometimes you do 20% of a boss healthbar in 20s and 80% in 1s
Im not sure what you mean by "carry" to T17s. If you're talking about the mechanical scaling of the build, such as sources of damage/defence/etc, like DD, my answer is no. The build is an attack build that heavily relies your weapon for damage, so unlikely. At a higher-end budget, this build will obliterate maps, check out 3.24 build guide for small clips of myself obliterating bosses on SSF gear. The build also isnt DOT based, it is a hit based build. Whirling blades shotgun mechanic will result in chunks of HP falling off of bosses.
I don't understand your action speed math. Tailwind give 8% Action speed with Gale force increasing that by 10/15% per stack up to 10 Stacks. So before you had 8% with +150% at 10 stacks making it 20% Action speed. Now it is 8% with +100%, so 16% which should be a DPS loss of 20%.
VG Berserker cannot league start because it requires a bunch of uniques that may be expensive. Its much better to league start another skill like Slams for berserker and build currency for a swap.
one small thing. in your build you have the 15% more life mastery when your chest doesnt have live mods, and your example chest has a life mod. just saying.

Ive also recieved feedback that this style of simple and easy to consume content makes it easier to digest and listen to. Thanks for the feedback though

since we're almost 100% igniting, wouldn't immolate just be better as support gem for damage

hi, nice vid. may i ask, how do u get 9 projectiles? from what i see on ur pob ( 1 base + 2 endless munitions + 1 multishot + 1 fan of blades = 5)
The 9x is to simulate single target damage, it is the shotgun damage from whirling blades.

Thats what i thought considered might've been wrong, but plugging in that change to POB results in no DPS gain or loss
why u dont take far shot in the deadeye ascendancy? i think so its strong
Our single target forces us to be directly on top of a boss, taking farshot would be anti-synergistic with Point Blank
