Bron retros sit in smaller sizes, but the big bois sell out quick. I wear size 13, and I've had to pay resale for almost every single retro I got; I wish Nike would acknowledge this and adjust the production numbers of larger sizes.
I was able to get a 13, apparently less than 25k pairs total dropped. Wonder how resale will be, might want another pair so I can ball in these
As a Lebron Stan, these are my absolute grails. Been collecting shoes for 18 years, and I've been waiting so long for these to release to the public. I can't wait to have these on display!
All of ya'll crying about the price saying it's too high is completely forgetting that this shoe is a foamposite and all foamposite shoes have a high price point because of the foamposite technology. It's common sense. Yes the price is high but the LeBron 4 is an indestructible shoe and will so it's worth it. These shoes won't crease up and make you lose interest in them after you bought them, that's the greatest plus of the LeBron 4. This colorway is just the icing on the cake. Hypothetically speaking, if these did sell out in the first day, imagine the resell price with the shoe already costing $268 after taxes. So I just don't understand the complaining, long response but some of us really only wear the old LeBron's and is really passionate about the line. 18 years later we finally got it. They didn’t sit on the shelves which is great. Just shows you how excited everyone was for this shoe

I was 9 when Lebron entered the league. I also grew up with a single mother. Getting access to shoes like these is a dream come true. I hope they sit just like the other retros. I’ll probably buy a pair on release day and pick another pair up if they do go on sale. Great video as always!
As much as I loved shoes like this at the time, I can’t imagine putting those bricks on feet today. I need PE releases for some of Nike’s lightweight models, especially the Air Zoom Ultraflight & Zoom BB.
Gotta go with the rewind button; being able to relive yesterday with today’s knowledge is a superpower.

I vividly remember walking into a Nike factory near Santa Barbara and seeing the bred lebron 4 but ended up getting the Nike uptempo legend which most people don’t remember as the takedown Kobe 1 lol

These are absolutely awesome. Definitely not for everyone, but these were an era. And I still love a bowl of Fruity Pebbles.

My favorite model of all LeBrons. The Foamposite is dope. I also noticed that the outsole is diff from the original.

“I love seeing tech”. So do I. It’s also my thing. I just like buying and trying different bball shoes because of the different tech setups, even though I am a bit older now and only play casually.
I also went back to my parents house, and found the AJ17 suitcase still there, they haven’t thrown away even though I have moved out 20+ years.

if you are like me and has weak ankles then shoes like these are a blessing! I got the 2021 space jam lbj 8's and holy fuck was that a wonderful experience, i respect the chunkyness because i get the support out of it, excited how to see the lbj 20's will hold up on me! (yes i fell for your review LOL ) Keep it up!

You know what’s cool? These awesome 15 mins I spend before work learning stuff about sneakers and hearing crazy questions of the day lol I think I would go rewind, instead of pause. Both have their appeal but there’s a time or two I would’ve liked to hit the rewind

At 1:03 you can see the outsole of the PE is white with colored borders while this retros outsole is colored in completely with the respective color in each rectangular cut out of the outsole. That’s clearly a difference

I got the Lebron 4 Anthracites late last year and they've been my favourite shoes of the winter, I'd love to pick these up if I can figure out how to pull off the fruity pebble look!

It said family size on the PE Pull tab. I had 2 pairs. The changes are the tongue logo, the footbed logo, how the lebron logo attaches to the strap, and the colour/ material of the strap and strap area.
Oh and the blue on the sole. The PE was 2 sets of purple up front. Half was replaced with light blue.
I think this is great a lot of Lebron shoes get forgotten about, it’s a weird time in sneakers. However if you’re a fan of his shoes get em he not going to play for ever , Jordan’s are one of the only shoes that can dig into catalog or over due colorways .
PLUS his shoes hit the outlet way faster and cheaper

I had these in college in white/silver. boy were they comfortable but heavy as hell. traction on my white/silver colorway was ass. they also felt like they ran long.

I had the first drop of the lebron 4 when it came out and they were super comfortable I’m hoping that these drop in price cause that price tag is HEFTY.

Nike is definitely on pause and rewind. Even the "new" stuff they're releasing like the DN or the Lunar Roam is just shoes that are made with old tech or made to look like retro shoes. This Lebron is fun though. Happy for all those that have always wanted this shoe are finally getting a chance to buy them.

Damn just copped me a pair!!! If there was only a certain amount of these shoes they look like there worth about a band. If I was a famous basketball player all my shoes would be collabs with colorful food for colorful colorways!!
Footlocker clearly states bowl and spoon included and it does not so I'm returning em for that price I snapped a screen shot to before they edit the details out

Another difference between these and the PEs is the outsole. Bron’s herringbone pods are white and these are coloured:)

I’m hype that stuff like this is dropping AND you can grab the graffiti 4’s at a 50% discount in some spots which is amazing. I know these are expensive to produce but $240 for a LeBron retro is tough to stomach. Under retail or bust for me on these.
I wish they'd release the black and red colorway of this shoe. I like the Fruity Pebble one, but I would never actually wear them.

I wanted one back when I was a kid and still want one sadly the black anthracite wasn’t released here in the Philippines and hopefully this one reaches us here so I can cop it in retail
I wanted the Lebron 4s to hoop in as a kid but as I have gotten older, IDK if I can play in them anymore lol I definitely wanna grab pairs once they get around $150 but not $200+

Just like this return of the South Beaches, Miami night lows, WTT etc these will probably have the same fate which is crazy because I would think that these are the most coveted out of all of the LeBron retros they’ve released.

Oooooooooooooh……great addition to that question. I’d take REWIND. There is literally ONE thing I wish I could rewind things and correct, and that would allow me to do it. Now I can only see one real benefit to pausing…..you can make yourself seems like you’re like a speedster like the Flash, in fact Zoom does that in the comics i believe. Regardless of how fun that could be, I’d wanna correct my mistake…so Rewind all day.
