Attempted to install Blueskysea DV688 system on 2021 NC750X. Could not get the sticky pads to stick to the plastic on the beak. Did you use the 3M adhesive pads supplied?
I might need to find alternative adhesive.

I did, but I also used cable ties to hold the camera in place to be extra sure.

Thanks for that. I'll look at using cable ties also.

I used one in either side of the camera over where the screw hole are, then before tightening I used one across between the two previously mentioned to hold them near the camera so the didn’t slip off the side of the bracket over time.

It’s a Blueskysea B1M, I got it off eBay and have fitted them to a couple of bikes, I’ve also got a Blueskysea B2W for the car, which is good too, so can recommend them as a brand. If you look on my channel there is some footage from the cameras too.

Great video. Rubbish camera. It's not smooth so FPS woefully low. Should have gone for a quality cam

I’ve been really happy with the quality of the footage, it’s as good as my Tom Tom bandit helmet cam gave and for a fraction of the price, used it in multiple home videos for family and on UA-cam too. No it’s not going to be the best quality, it’s a £100 set up so very cheap, but as a safety net in an accident and as a budget set up I think it’s perfectly acceptable.
