puupilo96746 I totally agree with you, and at the same time, I try to give people the benefit of a doubt. Perhaps the parents did not want to take the spotlight away from the two of them, or perhaps they’re not very expressive in front of all those cameras and the audience. My hope is that they thanked and hugged Abraham backstage for all he did for their son. *shrugs*

That's something really big for a complete stranger. Kudos to this guy, he's an angel. Personally, I would donate my kidney in a heartbeat but only to very specific people aka my family. Those people are : my 3 siblings, my parents and my aunt (mom's sister) who is like a second mother to me. I'm 20 so not married and no kids but obviously if I was, my wife and kids would be in that list too. If my siblings have kids in the future, they would also be in that list. For me, my siblings are everything so my sibling's kids would be same as my own kids. If one of them was to be in need of a kidney, I wouldn't hesitate to go get myself checked to see if I'm compatible with them so I can donate my kidney.

Abraham's parents more than likely already met and hugged Chris months earlier.
