I already have tinnitus and hearing loss. I will be undergoing infusion with Tepezza soon. The thought of losing any more of my hearing really freaks me out. I’m praying that this medication does not affect my hearing. Of course the thought of losing my eyesight doesn’t thrill me either.
Tepezza was launched aggressively-the manufacturer bombarded the airwaves with ads, as patients were losing their hearing after using it. I caught my TED early and was able to use Solu Medrol infusions, the standard practice in Europe btw, to resolve the issue. I would never use Tepezza.
