halos 3 cans din, mahirap habulin kulay kapag matitingkad, lalo na sa ganyan silver pa ung undercoat 😂
mas ok ung white nalang na undercoat para mas madali habulin ung kulay

Hi really Nice work. I have a question. First you use primer. Then the base color. And then you apply clear coat. Is that 1 k coat. And is that possible to paint anothet color on the clear coat. Will the paint stuck. And why are you doing that. Is it better when you put on the stencil if there are some clear coat insted of color.

hello thanks for watching David,
the technique with clear coat that I did was from a Japanese painter who I also watched here on youtube,
the reason applying clear coat on the color coat is because the following day I would sand it off, instead of sanding off the color coat, the clear coat is being sanded instead
the clear coat acts as an additional layer to protect the color coat from fading if the sanding process happens
the clear coat I used is just an ordinary clear coat because it will just be sanded off

Thx for answer. When you sand the clear coat before add a another color coat. Are you sand all the clear coat away then? Before paint the new color.

sanding it just to have fine scratches but not necessarily remove all the clear, sanded surface will have better adhesion for the new layer of paint

yes you can, but it depends on the shade of yellow that you will use

usually 2 to 3 coats, basta macoveran lang lahat ng mabuti, mahirap din kasi pag napakapal, mas matagal matuyo
