What a pleasant change! A Brilliantly put together video... no silliness, foul language or trying too hard. This was a properly filmed motorbike adventure with superb and interesting footage with well chosen music and I absolutely loved it. Thanks for uploading and I've subscribed and am looking forward to watching part 2. ❤🏍
Thanks for your kind comments, very much appreciated. The music is always hard to pick, not to everyone's taste. I dislike swearing on videos also, but also don't like filming myself and I hate hearing myself talk on video, 😭. Cheers
When I had my anf125 which I did 77k miles on, the Bain was the chain, despite the guard. Was always getting seized links and requiring constant adjustment. A seized link could reduce top speed to 30 tookme a while to fathom, thought my brakes were sticking. Always ha 2 chains one on the bike the other soaking in paraffin. Great vlog perhaps a little commentary and info on the bikes? Cruising speed and mpg etc?
Watching as a result of you appearing on Monkey Dix’s video. I find big rides on small bikes more interesting than those that can do them with little effort
Greetings fellow Cubbers, is it possible to attain information regarding the nice looking setup of saddlebags & the rack holding those bags orderly at Minute 05:24? I already have a nice chrome center rack with a little tankbag that fits nicely & fullfills daily duties for commuting to work. but for a weekender saddle bags sure are handy. If you dont mind, i will now continue enjoying the scenery & soundtrack of your roundtrip, thanks for sharing!
Hi, my friend bought the bike used and had these bags/frame on the bike when he purchased it. The panniers are bicycle bags and are called ARKEL, not sure who makes the frame though, hope this helps a bit. Thanks. arkel.ca/collections/bike-panniers/products/orca-panniers
Great video! I'm doing a trip with the wife on our Scooters in June 2024, just wondering what Drone you have and which is a good one for this kind of filming? Regards
HEY! Thanks for sharing, lovely trip. I'm looking foward to do the same trip in a couple of months but I'm staggling to find a bike like yours... any recomendations where to rent one??
Hi, Thanks for your feedback, glad you liked it. I don't think you will get a Honda Cub for hire, you can't even get a Honda Cub for demo, even if you wish to buy one, which is sad. You can hire Royal enfields from Saltire motorcycles in Edinburgh, but not sure how much this would cost, but won't be cheap. Good luck, cheers
Some narration would have made it far more enjoyable, why you went ? How the bikes did ? How tiring it was ? Why you went where you went etc. If this was one of a series of journeys you'd made etc.
Thanks for your comments Alex, I will keep this in mind for my next video. The bikes had no issues, I went because I was on Holiday, I went to the Outer Hebrides because it's on my doorstep and great for small bikes. Many Thanks
@@o00scorpion00o Not a problem, I might mix the next video with bike noise and music, Frank Sinatra "I did it my way" lol. Many thanks, hope you enjoy the next one, cheers
@@nfinniganit’s always a challenge having to use non copyright music. At one time I put musics on that was already on other UA-cam clips but still got it muted

Fabulous. Concept. Location. Production. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. (The bikes are lovely too!!) you deserve a lot of support. Thank you.
Thanks Chris, for your comments and kind words, I'm glad you liked it.
What a beautiful country. Great video.
Many thanks, you should travel over here and have a holiday on a small bike, just be prepared for the rain and midges, lol.
That was great, had to stop and rewind and put it on full screen. Great photography and they're fantastic bikes. 👍🇦🇺
Thanks, Ye the bikes are fantastic and can go anywhere with then and not get you in trouble.
Great drone work
Many thanks
Good times. Thank you.
Brilliantly filmed. Just drop tags for locations.
Many thanks
Good stuff! Love my Cub as much or more than my r1200rt😂 awesome video and subscribed from across the pond in San Diego
San Diego, Great Zoo you have, I loved it. You always smile when on a Cub.
Very good filming, a joy to watch, music very well chosen, music from where!!
Thanks for your comments. Music I picked from UPPBEAT: uppbeat.io/
slow speed with great views.bravo.
Many thanks
Brilliant. Cannae beat a scooter and calmac ferry adventure.
It's not a scooter, the cub bikes have manual gears therefore classed officially as a motorcycle.
Although all bikes are motorcycles anyway lol.
That was most enjoyable 👍
@@martinlennon4673 Thank you 😊

Thank you, I like your Trump Image, LOL
id love to come with you guys next time. ihave the same bike and want to do the same things.
And without needing a 6 cylinder 1600cc monster BMW !
Yep , what's the point of having all that power if you want to enjoy the countryside, you'd be going too fast on a 1600 lol.

Absolutely, you have more fun and take everything in when riding smaller bikes + way cheaper all round.
Awesome 125cc is sure fun 😀
@@TheQuietBeast fantastic fun 👍
Fantastic journey Honda could use this for an advertising campaign you must send them it
Thank you, but I don't want Scotland getting too Busy, I want it all to myself, LOL

10:38 and no rain? That’s a record for the Scottish islands 😂
Yes, you're not kidding, if it's not rain, its midges, LOL

Excellent very nice ! every how many kilometers had to stop for refueling ? again excellent .
Every 100 miles (180 kilometers approx) but I sometimes carry spare fuel bottle which will give me same again on miles.
Hello again, are the screens your using puig traffic.

Not sure, it's not my bike, but I would guess 15ltrs maybe. Thanks

The video would have been so much better without the music , the sound of the bikes is what people want to hear, sorry mate, good effort and all.

Ye, it's hard enough picking music for the video, and you still get viewers saying "Crap Music" you can't win them all.@@derbyshireruralrider9398
