Thank you so much for watching!! Yeah I agree on the audio, I think my set up is a little better now since filming this, it has been in editing purgatory since February 🫣 thanks for the constructive feedback though!! 💛💛
Late to the party, but Dead Cells is one of my favorite games of all time-- a Metroidvania rogue-like that I keep going back to time and again. Not everyone's cuppa, I suppose, but I absolutely love it. Also highly recommend starting with FIRE EMBLEM ENGAGE. It's much less complicated than Three Houses and is perfect for a newcomer, in my opinion.
Very cool! No Super Mario RPG though? The number of games for the Nintendo Switch is incredible. I can remember when the Nintendo 64 had only two launch games back in 1996. It’s truly a different world now.
So funny you should ask 👀👀 I’m actually about to post a follow-up of all the games I’ve bought this year and you may very well see it there! It’s definitely a lot easier to build up a huge backlog these days!! 💛
13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim has one of the most well thought out and best stories I've ever seen in a game. However, the story is very convoluted, so you shouldn't take long breaks to be able to follow the plot. In a way, it's a visual novel, but you can control the characters and there are also tactical battles against robots.
Oooh good to know! Thankyou!! Think I’ll save it for when I’m out of my “one game per week year” then! When you say tactical battles does it play like a tactical rpg in sections then? 💛
@@laura_plays_games The battles are a kind of RTS. You have to protect individual sections of the city against enemy units. You give orders to your own units and navigate them across the city map in a top-down view. Before the battles, you have to select the units you want to take into battle and can upgrade them with upgrades. Most units can only be used in battle twice in succession, after which they have to sit out a battle and recover. You should therefore always make sure that the units are balanced so that you still have the same unit types in reserve for the next battle. Otherwise, the battles are very easy if you play at the lowest difficulty level. The heart of the game are the characters and their stories.
as a fellow girl gamer who got into gaming in 2020 with animal crossing and stardew valley I want to tell you: Dark Souls can be absolutely for you! Its not even hard per se, its fair and highly rewarding, it became my favorite game of all time. you should give it a try even though its hard to get over the “this isnt for me”, which i thought as well. But you might fall in love with it. the progression and rewards and leveling your character is just extremely satisfying
Fire Emblem: Three Hopes is a direct follow-up story-wise to Three Houses, but it's also a Warriors game rather than a strategy RPG, so you might want to skip if that's not your thing. It seems like you enjoy visual novels, so I would go with Three Houses over Engage, as that game has a lot more story and relationship focus, I think. Based on your taste, if you don't like Three Houses, I don't think you'd like Engage. Hope that's helpful! :)
That’s super helpful!! I did realise that one of the ones I classed as a normal fire emblem game was a warriors game instead but only when I was editing it back 😂😂
@ I wanted more nes and snes games and thought it was a good way to fund it. Also got a few more for my GameCube and Wii. Not enjoying much on the switch at the moment tbh I’m just playing through xenoblade again because I don’t see anything new I want.
Not giving us women a good impression with That thumbnail 🙄 i can't take you seriously when I've seen countless women use thier physical "attributes" to gain views, i own a PS5, Xbox series X, switch and i don't need to do this and i have a boyfriend too 😖😖
That was lots of fun thanks!
Subscribed!! :)
Thank you so much!!
I did watch this long! It was great! Amazing collection~ Only bit of criticism I can give is the audio being low.

my backlog is now over 500 carts. I will never be able to play them all.
It gets so out of hand so quickly doesn’t it? 😂😂😂
@laura_plays_games Now we are in the Black Friday Zone and I continue to buy deals. At least I will always have something to play 😂
I love kirby and I'm a fellow nintendo creator as well. Just subscribed and I enjoy this awesome content. Keep it up!
Thank you so much! And thanks for watching 💛

Ahhh you know what you might have actually convinced me here! 🫣 I’ll add it to the “give it a try” stack with Skyrim & Witcher 😂💛 thank you!
Awesome

It would be far better, if you include the PicoFly chip into your Switch collection...
I’ve sold quite a lot of mine. I’d stupidly bought games I already owned on the WiiU for example.
Ahh I can see why people sell games for sure, when they finish them of if they’ve got doubles like that! We’re just horders 😂😂

Would you like to see her manager?
