First: very nice informative tour, next I really wished they would have updated some of the secondary bathrooms and last I wish you would have had more shots of the front of the house and the street. Your tours are always on point. Thank you
Thanks for the criticism. I typically use the drone footage for "perspective" and then walk up. So same format. Only difference here was no drone shots from the back due to the small yard and tall homes surrounding it. (Just didn't work well). But I appreciate the advice and support! Where is the formal dining room ?
Problem is these houses are still way overpriced and you're living like cookie cutters you can basically shake hands with your neighbors way too close for this kind of money they should be on at least a half-acre, the price is ridiculous
The backyard has zero privacy from the neighbors. Nice house though, just wondering why they build them so close together at this price range?
Well, thats a common complaint here in Vegas. Simply put, the value of the land. Over the years prices have soared for dirt. So making larger lots (especially in this neighborhood) would make pricing prohibitive.
