Beautiful home. I'd definitely make changes to the landscaping though. BH likes to surround their pools with rock and plants. You'll be fishing that rock out of your pool endlessly especially if you have kids.
You don't like rock fishing in your backyard? The beauty behind BH, is complete customization. No rocks for you!
You can have a traditional front door installed. That information is important to note! Few people would want to open their home in the front.

Blue Heron is a local builder here in Vegas. They have completed a few projects in CA, but mainly build here in Las Vegas. I can connect you with some great custom builders in Texas, if you are looking to build your own custom home.
