Mmmmm that is a beautiful home with design and style and technology and the view of the valley amazing grace video of the home thank you for sharing this wonderful video
Well, think of it this way... The front of refrigerators and even dishwasher panels are literally that. Panels / veneers. Sub Zero essentially pioneered door panels that could be swapped out for "cabinetry" panels to match the surrounding cabinetry. With some delicate removal, all "built in" appliances are able to be removed from the cavity. Unlike a normal "tract home" where say the refrigerator cavity is large enough to fit virtually any make and model, when doing custom cabinetry you provide the cabinet maker with the model number / dimensions of the actual appliances and they create custom cavities that are the perfect enclosure. The issue down the line becomes replacement. But this is no different than your run of the mill "built-in" oven. From model to model there can me a tiny deviation. But if you for instance stain / paint the cabinets and don't remove the appliances FIRST, when you go to replace that appliance, you'll notice its not a 100% perfect fit and will expose the unpainted / original cabinet. (I"ve seen this countless times).
Truly spectacular. You should revisit some of the more expensive homes and convey to us if they sold or still on market. May be good barometer of market.
For the most part, the design of this home is off. The living room is horrible. The placement of the tv and fireplace is absurd. The bar shouldn’t be there. It’s just a terrible, thoughtless design. The master bedroom is another thoughtless room. The fireplace should have been centered so there’s windows on each side and so the tv could be mounted and center to the bed. The popup tv is another absurdity. Although Julia explained it, it makes no sense. I love the pools. The outdoor built in furniture is all wrong. It would have been better to leave the furniture up to the buyer. I personally would not want concrete seating. I like soft and pillowy seating. Honestly, this house isn’t for people with young children or dogs. Cats, maybe but not dogs. And not for the elderly. There are far too many stairs.
But how do you REALLY feel about it? Hahahaha... But seriously, I agree with many of your points. It's a very unique Floorplan that's not for everyone. I thought some aspects were incredible, while others just aren't necessarily "my way". I did however like the bar situation since it's adjacent directly to the backyard. So great for entertaining. I really did love the primary suite TV setup though. Very cool in person and makes the viewing experience more intimate. Makes the offset media wall / fireplace more agreeable since I would lose my mind trying to look off center to watch TV. All in all, its an incredible home and constructed meticulously... Just a bit quirky for some! But appreciate your sharing your thoughts!
When you remove the words 'strip view, original design, waterfall, marble and custom-made', then there's not much to talk about that house. Sure, it's big, it's also a maze with a lot of useless space and a ton of 'gadgets' that nobody would use or even remember after the first time.
I dont see why this house is 9million at all im sorry but this house doesnt feel like high end at all en the rooms and spaces are all over the place theres no logic to the space nice backyard though with the 2 pools but other than that it looks plain and boring
Well, technically it's on one of the largest lots in the entire community. Not to mention, its one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the entire valley.. Soo... Agree to disagree on SOME of the criticism. But now lets see what the market has to say...
Incredibale House. Nice Part with the Interior Designer. Top Tour as usual ❤

Kitchen appliances that's built into the cabinetry looks great, but what do you do when they break down? How do you remove and repair or replace them?
I want to know how they change the light bulbs if they burn out.

Very nice house and design.
Beautiful Home 🏡. My only concern is that there are Alot of stairs... ugh. Is there an elevator?
Hey, think of the money you'll save on the gym membership now that you don't need a "Stairmaster" Hahahaha
This stunning home deserves night time footage!😢

@@Whatisthis94 Great idea!!!!! Maybe an “end of year” video!
No like dark floor 😕
Is it really a chef's kitchen if there's no stove top?
Geezers, where did my earlier comment go?
Dear Brian I have a question 😊 how would I get you involved in helping me purchase a property 😊
Just contact me directly. 702-501-6345
What happened is ur most popular mansion video?
It's still up there!
Nice house, but overpriced by a couple M's.
Let's see what the market dictates! Thinking I'll do a year end "follow up" video!
This is one of the STUPIDEST house layout I have ever seen!!

It better be gated with all this nonsense out here
Oh yeah... Guard gated with a secondary gate...

just shy away from 9 Million, no land, nothing, maybe some yards to the fence, outside any metroplolitan area, come on this surely is a scam😂
It's not outside any Metropolitan area😂😂😂

Are they ever going to plant some greenery or if you buy your living in a moonscape forever?
Whack!!
