You talked about more 55 and over communities in the area now. I grew up watching Wide World of Disney every Sunday night in the 60's. I was hooked as a Disney fan early in life, and now that I am close to retirement, where better to retire too. I am sure that I am not alone.

If I got the "Brewer" model in Lake Nona which has a detached 2 story casita, can I airbnb that? - Do you know the reputation of solar x homes, which builds in davenport and palm bay? Do their homes have good build quality? They're very cheap and pretty, seems a little too good to be true.
If compare to invest a long term house for rent or short term rental house, which one is better? If I invest a short term rental property, purchase a 4-bedrooms cost 350000 house or 3 1-bedroom condos , which one is better to invest? Thanks!
