Moving to Orlando this fall, mainly for the theme parks. Question: how common is it for people to hang out in the parks nearly every day? I've been in need of a '3rd place', and I feel like the parks could be a cool place to just hang out and casually spend lots of time
You will find people who are Disney fans, with annual passes, who live close by and are in the parks every other day. My husband and I lived in Champions Gate (about 12 miles from WDW) and we would visit the parks multiple times a week for a couple of hours in the evening, sometimes just to walk around. The nice thing about living close to WDW and having an annual pass is that you don't have to have the mindset of spending an entire day in the parks to get your money's worth.
New Sub. Thx for the great content, live in DTWG!
