1.Recipe:
Small fish - 2 kg.
Salt (coarse) - for 2 kg fish, I add 2 tsp salt.
Vinegar - (4%) - for per 2 kg fish I add 40 ml.
Black pepper
Bay leaf
Paprika
Vegetable oil - for each jar of 40-50 ml.

The jar size is 500 ml.

Fish - 1.5 kg.

Vegetable oil - for each jar, 3 tablespoons.

✅ The lids of the jars must be tightly closed! Air must never get inside!
✅ Storage conditions must be correct.
In hot climates, most houses (in the ground) have cool basements underneath. We keep it there.
❗❗❗ Failure to follow these instructions may damage the product.
