you can watch the video in slow motion and kill the sound, from start of 2nd minute to end of 3rd one approx. she has really good long tail cast on method, rest of the video hard to follow and not very educational for beginners because she makes lots of mistakes and glosses over them... it's ok if you're a pro like her and can fix without thinking about it twice, but for a beginner it's a lot of wtf moments
