AIS ൽ purchased time deposit (sft005)12lakh കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഓൺലൈൻ ട്രാൻസാക്ഷൻ ആയിരുന്നു.ITR 1 ൽ ഇത് കണിക്കണമെന്നുണ്ടോ .എങ്ങിനെ ചെയ്യണം .interest from deposits കാണിച്ചാൽ പോരെ. Salary ഉള്ള ആളല്ല.please reply

സർ, ശമ്പളവും ക്യാപിറ്റൽ ഗൈനും ഉള്ളവർ ITR2 ആണോ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്. TDS കണക്കാക്കുമ്പോൾ ശമ്പളം, ക്യാപിറ്റൽ ഗൈൻ എന്നിവ separate ആയിട്ടാണോ കണക്കാക്കുക. എന്റെ ഒരു ബന്ധുവിന് ശമ്പളം ഇനത്തിൽ (taxable income)480000 രൂപയും short term capital gain 250000 രൂപയും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. TDS കണക്കാക്കിയത് total income 730000 എന്നരീതിയിലാണ്. യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ 250000 രൂപയുടെ 15%37500 രൂപയല്ലേ TDS. പക്ഷേ ടിയാന്റെ consultant total income എന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് TDS കണക്കാക്കിയത്. ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ താങ്കളുടെ മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

ഇപ്പൊ SBI Yono യില് 15G submit ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. അത് എന്ത് കൊണ്ടാണ് എന്നും കൂടി പറഞ്ഞു തരുമോ.

ഞാൻ ഒരു പെൻഷണർ ആണ്.ഇൻകം ടാക്സ് റിട്ടേൺ സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി AIS നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ പോസ്‌ടഓഫീസിൽ ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത ഒരു തുകയ്ക്ക് interest ചേർത്തതായി കണ്ടൂ.NSC aanu എടുത്തത്.50000രൂപ 27/10/22ന് deposit ചെയ്തതാണ്.TD എന്നാണ് കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. NSC kku tax ഉണ്ടോ.AIS correct ആണെന്ന വിശ്വാസത്തിൽ അതൊക്കെ ചേർത്ത് IT return കൊടുത്തു. ഇങ്ങനെ വന്നാൽ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യുക

I have purchased NCD for an amount of 5 lacs in 2018 and sold it during last year for an amount of 4.9 lacs. It is reflecting in my AIS. Do I consider this as my income? I was getting the monthly interest for it and included in my income.

Sir, ഞാൻ income tax കൊടുക്കുന്ന pensioner ആണ്. എനിക്ക് SBI Mutual fundil 2, 50,000/- വീതമുള്ള 2 ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ്മെന്റ്സ് ഉണ്ട്. അതിൽ ഒരു ഫണ്ടിന്റെ growth കുറവാണ്. ഈ കുറവുള്ള ഫണ്ട്‌ മറ്റൊരു ഫണ്ടിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയാൽ ഞാൻ ITR1 ൽ നിന്നും മാറ്റി submit ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുമോ?
