As Christians love is not a choice, it’s a commandment, that same love means telling the truth of God(in love not hate, discrimination or condemnation.)
What makes the conversation about homosexuality complicated is that Christians think it’s an act of sin(as per the Bible) when those involved say it’s an identity. How do you then call someone to repent from “who they are”
It is an act of sin . You obviously don’t know scripture.. like with the Jews they overlook the prophecies of yeshua long before he was born. Do not manipulate by saying Christns who follow scripture and speak against lgbtq are haters .. I say what I do out of love bc an eternity in hells fire is real. Stop being deceived

I'm not religious but this is so lovely to see. I have noticed black people live out their Christian beliefs much better than white people, they are not as judgmental or legalistic.

Let him know that you are gay and how you feel but also let him know that you want him in your life. If he can accept you or even try to love and support u and include u, then that’s great. If not, then it’s not your problem, it’s HIS problem. It’s his own damn loss and he’s gonna have to pay the price the hard way. You deserve to have people in your life who will love u, support u and care about u and respect your wishes and you deserved to be love and accepted just like everyone else. You don’t need toxic people in you life who won’t support you or love you or disrespect you. Coming out is very scary and uncertain and I know how unnerving it can be for you but just remember that you are NOT alone and that God will ALWAYS LOVE YOU no matter what. You got this, my friend. Have courage and stand up for yourself.

It is indeed a very unfortunate fact that there has historically been too many to count who have used religion and/or Scripture as a way to manifest their hate, which has been to the spiritual detriment of many (myself included). But religion is not Christ and Christ is not religion! Read the gospels and see!
What Mike is doing is allowing the pendulum to swing too far to the other extreme and this, too, is to the spiritual detriment of those truly seeking God. As a side note: we do not need a building to seek God, though that is what religious tradition tells us. He is available to any seeking heart wherever there are.
Furthermore, it is only when one has been born from above by an act solely for God and His grace, and has His love shed abroad in their hearts, who can know His transformative love. Religion doesn't know this. They may use similar language, but it isn't real & true, it is fabricated and ushered in by man-made rules & regulations. The difference between law & Spirit is one creates bondage, and the other liberty!
Fortunately, there has also been historically too many to count who have known His transformative love and Life; those from all walks of life and nationalities and races and even religions.
Please hear me: God absolutely meets us where we are, and in Christ Jesus there is NO CONDEMNATION! My life testifies to that reality thankfully, for I am the chief of sinners! But He does not desire to leave us there. A good place to start is to read Romans chapters 6, 7 and 8. Ask God to show you; to give you eyes to see, ears to hear and a hearing heart! But this is only for those who are hungry & thirsty, those who are aching for personal change and freedom from those various & sundry chains that bind. For He comforts the disturbed and disturbs the comfortable. This is His kindness which leads to our repentance.
Jesus loves the sinners but does not love the sin.
Jesus loves sinners and being gay is not a sin so it doesn’t matter. Jesus and God as two would NOT condemn a person to hell for LOVING someone. When he would condemn them, is when they sleep together without marriage and bond, same as heterosexual people.
Wolf is sheep skin, as a pastor he should be pulling us out of sin not endorsing it, all those who do what God has told us not to do (fornicating, homosexuality, adultery, murder….) must he called out of those things and steered to the narrow path not a broad worldly path.. he’s a false preacher. Jesus judged no one, He healed them and told them to sin no more, to be transformed
He’s not endorsing nothing. He’s just preaching that Christian’s should love more and not condemn. Even tho they’re winning, point it out but don’t hate on them and condemn them. Honestly what don’t y’all get about it.
@@sharoncovers872 part of loving someone is telling them when they’re wrong, a parent displays love by disciplining kids and creating rules, not because they themselves are perfect but they love their kids enough.. whats the point of having a bunch of yes men around to validate your every mistake? Imagine if a murderer had people “accepting and loving” him, how messed up would that be! God calls us out of sin, if you read the Bible in truth and spirit you definitely wouldn’t be saying that

@@sharoncovers872 true church of Christ is for everyone, the doors must be wide open for those with repentant hearts and those ready to deny their fleshly lusts and carry their crosses. They shouldn’t be a safe haven where we’re all accepted and told we can stay in sin, God loves us anyways, we must feel the conviction from those seats when a true man of God preaches

As Christians, real love should compel you to tell someone the truth about the sin they are committing. If the Bible the final authority and expression of God’s ways and standards for those who follow his Word, we are not at liberty to change the very context of scripture in order to fit our lifestyles. This notion that you cannot show love while sharing Bible principles on homosexuality, is utterly ridiculous.
But the golden rule in the Bible DOES says this too “treat others the same way you would like to be treated and Jesus did give others the 11th and final commandment to “love thy neighbour as yourself”. Or have you already forgotten about it?

That last verse is what you’re doing and I know you don’t read the Bible because if you did you would know this isn’t of YAHUAH nor is it human nature. We WERE dead in our trespasses (sins), but HE made us alive. "Were", people, "were"; so, if you're made alive you no longer walk in that life style the way you used to. You are now a new creation and should walk as God says we should walk and not as we say we should walk. All who truly follow Jesus no longer are wallowing in the mud of sin.
So, if these people do not do a "180" , they are still in their sins and NOT walking with Jesus no matter how much they say they are. This preacher is committing a grievous sin "preaching" as he does because it is totally contrary to the word of God.

AMEN! I tried lesbianism when I was depressed after my dog died but I hated the taste of fish. Then two missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints were sent by Heavenly Father to find and save me from a life of pain and wrongness. I don't do that nasty stuff anymore. Trust me when I say that the smell alone was enough to make me straight again, but even more so was HEAVENLY FATHER'S love for me!
@@bluejaymama9252 That is because you CHOSE to be a lesbian. If you’re not attracted to women as a women you can’t force yourself to love them because you’re not born with the attraction. When people choose something for themselves it’s either true or false- for you it was false. You were depressed and tried something thag obviously you weren’t born with so you disliked it. For actual gay people it’s the same for them. They can’t force themselves to be with women because they weren’t born with that attraction it was forced upon them.

God save you… he looks down upon you with sadness when you think of gay people as wrong - they are not. God would not condemn two people for loving each other but for sleeping together - lust - when not married.

Ok. You can speak the truth and still love them. No matter what, whether they believe in glyph or not. They hear you or not, it is not a pass for hate.
You do know that the words in 1 Corinthian are not those of Jesus but of Paul. Jesus did not say “love your neighbor as you love yourself except for…” Folks want to add the words of Paul to the teachings of Jesus. And while at it, let’s not pick and choose parts of the Bible that condemn only a certain portion of the population.

It's no struggle unless you get your money from them. Then the only struggle is getting a job.
It is a struggle because you can be killed for it in certain countries. Your family can also cast you out, and if you seek love from your family like you should, that is the worst feeling.
Christians are to rightly divide the word of truth. Jesus never called rightly dividing the word of truth, damaging or wounding or judge mental. Still, that is not considered heat or prejudice in us. It’s speaking the love of God from scripture, not creating your own doctrine in order to keep butts in your seats.

God didn't say it ok to be gay or trans. GMA always says love thy neighbor but forgot what the greatest commandment is. The first and the greatest commandment is to love the Lord with all your heart, mind and soul. So, you will love what God loves and hates what God hates. God hates sin in all kind of fashion. Loving people is great but to said that God loves your sins is wrong no matter what sin it is. This is so easy to explain. God establish marriage between one man and one women. So, if your a lgbtq and living together you are living in fornication. See, God made it clear about marriage and anybody else says other wise you are not doing the greatest commandment of all. If any people (GMA) tells you anything about lgtbq that it's ok, please don't listening to them. They will lead you down to hell. Repent of that sin, be water baptize and living holy..
