I relate to not knowing your neighbors in true NYC fashion. My downstairs neighbor is a grumpy old man that lives alone and bangs angrily on his ceiling (my floor) sometimes for hours whenever I make any sound louder than a butterfly's wings. I think he's lonely, so I'll think I'll make him this fudge and maybe we can turn things around.

Perhaps you two can band together and talk to the owner/landlord. If your apartments are anything like our 100yr old Victorian Sounds from your floor get amplified and are horribly loud in the apartment below. I actually went and listened one day and just moving a bottle of nail polish on the floor sounded like moving furniture! We never got far enough to try and get their ceiling soundproofed. They escalated so badly we decided to move.

I'm a nail tech and the same thing will happen to our Instagram photos...some rando salon will have your set in their window as if they have that skill and can do the same work. Stolen portfolio art is awful for the customer too.

Not a vegan but I like that for anyone who is vegan this is loaded with nuts and healthy fats and proteins so it's actually a more healthy snack or treat for someone with dietary holes that need filled like protein!

I think it’s okay to have one Ferraro richer chocolate a year tbh- being too strict vegan is a great way to end up not even wanting to do it anymore. Be easy on yourself.. but yeah this looks yummy !
