Thank God I am no longer in Bangalore. I have stayed there for 10 long years, and I promise it's not at all a safe place, especially for North Indians. The native people have a very negative and hostile attitude towards outsiders. Moreover, this city has the worst infrastructure and pathetic congested roads. Commissioner of police should take this matter seriously and rowdy sheeter should be tagged along with this case so that this criminals shouldn't get away just with warnings or one night custody..
The road rage cases are increasing very much in Bangalore and hope the authorities are not sleeping or turning a blind eye. Govt should take necessary steps and make it mandatory for installing the Panic button in all passenger cars for emergency situation which should alert the nearest police station or police patrol car and they should arrive at the spot immediately and severe action has to be taken against these goondas and rowdies. Police should arrest the culprits indulging in such crimes. This should be implemented with immediate effect and should be a non-bailable offence. Only then these kind of incidents will come down.

Yeah, i had a road rage incident too, where the people kicked and damaged my 1.5 month old bike, i was saving for 2 years for this bike. Before this incident i used to have huge respect fot the hindu community of my area😥
I also had an incident like this. What happened I was near my house approx 1-1.5 km away coming back from Temple after doing Pooja for my new bike when 2 bikes (one Ktm and other pulser) both had 3 muslim guys (i can say for sure because they wore kurta and had that white cap thing on their head) so what happened was they started calling Racial slurs and tried pulling my keys but since I was close to my home i called my friends to help me and they came in like 15 minutes we confronted them (in a way I don't think they liked or you can say we beated them hollow) and handed them to police since then my hatred against Muslims increased.
Every driver is gangster untill the dash camera stops recording due to error 💀☠️

Sarjapura road has been very bad for the 20+ yrs. I had stayed there for a couple of months in 2004 and moved out of Sarjapura Road. That time, I had seen a lot of rowdies, actually half of the rowdies were studying in ALT college. In day time, there were students and night time they turned out to be local rowdies. That time, they loot money from IT professionals at ATMs and common people from local bars and roads. Also they acted as local taxi and took guys for drop and beaten the passenger to loot the money (particularly in happened in Outer ring road which is close to Sarjapura road cross). I never seen such a rowdyism in my life. I hated Bangalore and moved out of Bangalore immediately. However I came to Bangalore in 2009 without any interest and stayed in main city and this time I saw a completely different, beautiful and good people city Bengaluru. I couldn't imagine it will be such a wonderful city. I am staying in main city and all goes beautiful and city is treating me very well with lots of good people and friends. From my experience, Sarjapura Road is very bad and sad part is still it looks the same, fate of Sarjapura Road.

Dash cams have become very important.
Thuk thuk gang attacked my car in broad day light in Delhi when my car was stuck in bumper to bumper congestion. They stole my new S23 ultra phone. If I have had installed dash cam it would have been easy to identify them. Dash cam is very important these days.
Steps to deal with such cases:-
1. Immediately start recording if dash cam is not installed.
2. Left foot on the break right foot on the accelerator, revving the motor and of we go.
NOTE : DON'T FORGET TO RELEASE THE CLUTCH IN CASE CAR IS MANNUAL.

It happens to locals as well. Many of my friends working in the IT have faced it. Most of the time, the Police is hand in glove in these scenarios. Their behaviour is like ...you work in IT, you drive such a nice car, why shouldn't you compromise? just pay some money to these people and be done. They pretend to put these people behind the bar for a night and then release them in the morning. No formal FIR will be registered.
