Dishwasher Salmon??!! Yes!!

Dishwasher Salmon?!! It’s a thing! So after 3 attempts I’ve nailed it - and you can too! Would you make this??
My mate @patricktbartley mum Lorraine was the inspiration behind this recipe - thanks Lorraine! 😘
Here’s my recipe:
1 salmon fillet (200g)
50g dried medium noodles
1 pak choi, leaves separated
100ml water
1/2 chick stock cube
Splash sesame oil
Splash dark soy
Splash sweet chilli sauce
1 garlic crushed
1 inch ginger, grated
Sliced chilli and sesame seeds for garnish, optional
Method:
Drizzle olive oil into zip lock bag. Lay in noodles, crumble in stock cube, add garlic, tsp sesame oil and 100ml water.
Top with pak Choi leaves.
Drizzle little soy over salmon, then sweet chilli sauce and grated ginger. Place on top of pak choi leaves. Submerge most of the bag in water (don’t let any water inside) and help shuffle any air pockets from the bag and zip close, fold over bag.
Place into dishwasher, hot cycle (65c) should be at least two hours.
Remove from dishwasher, tip onto plate, garnish with chilli and sesame seeds and bask in the glory of being totally awesome!
