The thing about this game that I think corrects something Green Hell had was Green Hell focused too much on the survival aspect of the game. Sometimes you'd spend all your day trying to find the right nutritional food or a specific antidote from a poison. This game has survival aspects as well but in a more manageable and user friendly way to where you aren't worried as much about when your food expires, for example, and more focused on exploring and building. It's a different game really so I can't say Green Hell is worse and I'm not. It's just this game offers something more appealing imo. I really hope more games like it come out, I'd really like to see this concept greatly expanded upon with tons more gameplay
Yeh I get what your saying, Green Hell was one of my first 10 games on the quest 2, and i want to replay it on the Quest 3 as its been 2 years since I played it, its had tons of updates, I want to see what it looks like on the Quest 3 as well as I want to review the game.
I love both games, I think Green Hell is a great building block for other games to build off, and Medieval Dynasty is for sure a step in the right direction, I just wish there where more people/enemies and that they where smarter.
@GotchaVR Yeah the bowman are kind of a pain but the melee is really really to win against. I think at least for bears an easy fix would be to just not have the bear stagger as you can kind of spam it with arrows and it dies lol, but I'm sure there's plenty more ways they could balance it. That being said I really think this game is the start of a new kind of VR rpg style of game. One day I wish to see some kind of advanced medieval dynasty meets blades and sorcery combo. Now that would be something

I just today wrote the review for 'The Break in' So I hope to record it and edit the video over this next week, but I was also sent a few products by Kiwi Design that I've been using/testing over the last 2 weeks, so I gotta film, edit and write a review on them ASAP, and Im using a camera to film it so people can watch it via youtube on there Quest headset and it'll look like its right infront of them.
Anyway, Yes! You must buy this game to! Have you played 'Green Hell' yet? (which is also another game a want to replay and review. I played it through 2 years ago on my Quest 2 and its brilliant!

I worked on Cruise ships for 10 years, married a Japanese lady, we had children, Covid hit so no more cruise ships, so I decided to move to Japan.

I haven't heard of anything yet.
Graphically it's kind of ugly but better in the headset but the mechanics definitely make up for it
Its not perfect, but for a stand alone headset its really good, but yes... the mechanics of the game is superb, looking forward to future updates.
