    I love your tutorials, and I especially love this idea!! I am an “old” woman 😮. Well I am!! 😂. Anyway, I got into crafting when I was forced to retire at the age of 70. Imagine that!! SMH!! I had to do something, because I was so used to working, I was going stir crazy. I learned from wonderful, dedicated crafters like you. I’m still not crafty, and I have to follow along, but I really enjoy it!! Crafting was a blessing when my husband passed away last year. Thank you ever so much for I look forward to your tutorials, because it’s so easy to follow!! Love ya, girl!! Sorry for the long post. I just had to let you know!! God bless!! ❤️❤️🙏🙏

    Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! I have mica and chameleon mica powders for my UV and regular resin stuff, but I had no idea that they could be mixed into a paint with the Mod Podge! This opens up a whole new playground for me! I love your humour, and your explanations are clear enough that even I can understand and follow! Thanks for another great video.

    YOU CAN MAKE YOU OWN RUB AND BUFF WITH MICA. I just watched a crafter today mix shoe polish with it, and it was perfect. I'm excited to try a range of colors of rub and buff!

    Girl. I was just scrolling through and saw you do this tutorial on mica powders. I have been using my powders a ton lately with resin. You can totally mix these with paints as well, and they have mica powder pens which are awesome. I laughed at your splats . Get you some little spoons. The tapping makes me anxious. Lol😂😂😂 Love this video my friend!!❤️❤️

    Very cool!! Also remember anything that dries clear will not be the same color dry. I'm an artist & we use micas & pigments in all sorts of stuff. One example is we use untinted house paint & something like polycrylic to dampen the pigments first. That's only one example they are soooooo many possibilities with making your own paint & u can make it to work exactly like paint. Consistency, opacity,etc. Hope u look into it Brandi I think you'd have fun finding out the ins & outs of it all. Love your videos!! You always have such amazing diys🥰♥️

    Hi Brandi! You are my favorite art person to watch 😂❤
    I was wondering if you would make a tutorial video all about the different mediums of waxes and/or glues (ie: mod podge)? For instance, what is a guilding wax compared to Folk Arts wax paint stuff?
    I'd like to learn about waxy/gluey mediums, what you use which on different materials, why you actually use it, and maybe even more that you're just aware of but don't usually use 😅
    I want to "tappity tap tap tap" your brain on this medium 😂❤

    • @thediystruggle
      @thediystruggle  7 місяців тому +1

      Haha!! I do have a video on mediums.. but not like this.. it might take me a few months gathering up supplies but I will put it on my list
