I just want to say... Brandi , I'm so sorry there are rude people that say nasty things about you or your nails. People ! Will you please be MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU SAY!!!😢 Miss Brandi is a great person and teacher. Treat her as you would like to be treated. With kindness and respect 🎉😂❤

Thank you for this comment. I don’t remember which artist I first heard say she had been criticized for her nails, it wasn’t Brandi. I was completely shocked. I don’t care what anyone’s nails look like. I’m here to learn and after hippity hopping around UA-cam for years I found this channel where I have learned a lot. 🩵💙

People can be trolls. Block them if they make nasty comments. Nobody has time for that nonsense. I have 3 kids, work on a small farm, garden, and craft. At this point, I'm lucky I have nails at all. Nobody who matters gives a crap what your nails look like. ❤

I'm here to keep it real, folks..... I'm a 63 year young artist and crafter that watches a shit-ton of DIY vids and honestly, Brandi - I have to admit, you're my "craft crush." I can't even begin to list the other DIY crafters that I have to stop watching in the middle of a video because I can't take the sound of their voice one minute longer. Their intonation and how they narrate their videos drive me up a faux finished wall. Listening to you, your voice, your delivery, etc. is pure pleasure - and the fact that your humor is the same as mine makes you #1 in my book. (I literally stopped watching someone's vid last night because of her voice/narration..... and I really wanted to see what her finished product was going to look like.) I watch your videos multiple times and get all happy and glassy eyed when I see that you have a new one out. Oh, and fingernails, schmingernails..... Love, Rhonda

Hi Brandi! Thanks for demonstrating the various types of texture methods with paint, it's very helpful. I agree that it's hard to use precise measurements not only because the thickness depends on what you're making but also humidity and temperature variations change the amount of product used to create textures.
Again, thank you for your tutorials, I love to watch them and enjoy your sense of humor and language choices! Keep on being you!! 😄😄😄

Thanks for another great tutorial, Brandi. You have saved me a lot of pain trying out some of the recipes I've seen on You Tube. You measure by eye, which is what I usually do, so I was able to follow along without worry. By the way, if that paint lid had gone flying from my hands, I guarantee you it would have landed 'butter side down' in the middle of a rug, or with my usual luck, on top of my very dark grey cat! Then life would get very hairy indeed as she'd be all over the place in a panic, trying to rub the gunk off on everything and anything she could, and I'd be right behind her trying to catch her before everything in the house was covered! I kid you not, this has happened!

Hi Brandi, I love your videos and I appreciate your efforts. I don’t know why anyone thinks they have any business criticizing anything about your appearance. I am interest in what you have to share with us and teach us, not your manicure unless that is what you want to focus on. I will say that your warmth, humor, and inner beauty shines through on every vid. Don’t worry about the criticism of your nails, you’re just fine and the critics are being inappropriate.

You are so damn funny, I LOVE watching your videos. I say screw those people who leave negative/nasty comments, if they don't like what content you have then they don't need to watch your videos. Just keep doing what you are doing, you have GREAT content!

Used coffee grounds and pickling salt both work really well for texture too! Just figured some might not know this! Just don't use solvent based clear coat with the salt because it creates an awful chemical reaction that ruins the project. The same gives your piece a really cool effect if you just add a few tablespoons to your paint, paint it on, let it dry, then sand to your heart's content ❤❤❤

I paint with all types of paint. I was AMAZED by what my daughter in law paid for craft paint cause she was a newbie n we had fun taking an enlightenment journey together

Some of it is bananas!! I deff love the DIY paint though. The clay in it really does change the effect and I love the application. But, I know everyone has different budgets and I can't afford to buy all kinds of that paint. So, knowing budgets and things cost what they do. I am always trying to switch up and share things to help

I have not had much crap about the nails since i have been keeping them up more! It took me 2 days to get the gell of this week and change it because the salon wanted 15 bucks for a soak off added on to the manicure cost... I was like no,.,,lol
