Kevin, if you go slightly tight and lock it down the washers will wear in and you will love the action. (I need to make a video on how to do it)

So after using the the knife for a while with the screws slightly over tightened the washers will break in quicker?

I broke the lockbar on mine already. Had a bit of stick so I thought I'd adjust it a bit. Bad idea with the hardened steel. Snapped like a twig. Lol. So far QC has been cool about fixing it at my charge of course. Was kinda worried as they aren't exactly known for service but I should have mine back in a couple weeks. Hopefully this one doesn't give me that cause I really wanna love this knife
