    Loosen the top nut whilst the fork is still in the triple tree and also retighten to torque spec when fork is reinstalled in triple tree.

    I'm fixing to totally change the fork seals, on my son's 2002 Warrior xv 1700, hopefully it won't be too much trouble. Thanks for your video..

      Did you replace them fork seals? I need todo my seals. Wondering how it went

    How many shop hours to do both front forks ?

      It is hard to say. I wouldnt be surprised to see 6 hours. Its time consuming to take apart the front end and put it back together but I would think 4 hours would be more in line
