    Envy how your dog stays quiet and still while You r practicing
    When I lie down my mat is like My dog thinks I'm setting his bed and starts rolling on it and doesnt let me do yoga😂

    What is your opinion of the Cobra stretch (especially for a herniated disc)? Would that be good stretch or just make things worse?
