Great video. That said, some of the grease applications were questionable/confusing. Greasing where the bearings sit (the bearing spins not the part) is totally unnecessary. But then not grease where there actually was some friction, like the shift forks.

Also, it seems a little absurd that anyone would take a 500 dollar (trailer, R/C unit, upgrades, etc.) toy as fast as those wheels were spinning! Well unless of course you planned on some serious drifting!!!

i am building my 1st grand hauler and i am using a radiomaster mt 12 surface radio kinda like the radio your using but diferent brand. i am having much difficultty trying to get the gt power pro light kit to owrk. can you tell me what do the 5 wires on the unit connect to on your rx from top to bottom. i understand the 5th 1 is for xbus. as far as my radio i have st on ch1 th on ch2 gear shift on ch3 and 5th wheel servo on ch 4. also not sure how to change modes on the unit and dont know whta mode im in because the blue lighht stays on constant and wont change even if i pres the mode button. any help would be appreciated
Those out of true rear wheels need sorting out, much, much too fast. Why grease the shafts that fit into bearings ? it is the inner race that takes the load not the shaft in bearing.
You have way too much wobble on that back front left wheel, son. You put something together wrong. Other than that it's a cool build. I painted mine silver and black.

you use far too much grease, and you got some in the threads of the differential where you then put thread lock.... no point in putting grease around the edge of the casing or where the bearings go as they don't spin in the housing... And the easiest way to strip out the threads is to use a power driver... NO NEED, use your hands!!!
